How to Find Your Amazon Order History

Use these steps to retrieve proof of purchase from Amazon for your Levoit-branded Core, EverestAir, or replacement filter.

Why you need this: For a Claim Form to be valid, you must provide evidence of purchase showing the original date of purchase. Your Amazon order history contains everything you need — the date, product name, and total — in one place.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to Amazon

Go to amazon.com and sign in with the account you used to buy your Levoit product. If you have multiple accounts, you may need to check each one.

  2. Open “Returns & Orders”

In the top-right corner of any Amazon page, click Returns & Orders. This opens your full order history.

amazon Search Amazon Hello, You Account & Lists Returns & Orders
  3. Filter to the right time period

Use the date filter at the top of the orders list to select a year between 2019 and 2023. Eligible purchases occurred between August 19, 2019 and August 4, 2023.

You may need to check more than one year if you’re not sure when you bought it.

  4. Locate your Levoit Core, EverestAir, or replacement filter order

Scroll through your orders. You’re looking for any Levoit-branded Core or EverestAir air purifier, or a replacement filter labeled “True HEPA,” “HEPA,” or “H13.”

  5. Save your proof of purchase

Click Order details next to the order to open the full invoice page. You have three easy ways to capture proof:

    • Screenshot — capture the page showing the product name, order date, and total.
    • Save as PDF — use your browser’s Print dialog (Ctrl/⌘ + P) and choose “Save as PDF.”
    • Invoice — click Invoice at the top of the order details page to download Amazon’s formal invoice.
Tip Make sure the screenshot or PDF clearly shows the original date of purchase, the product name, and the order total. These are the three things the Settlement Administrator looks for.
  6. Upload your proof on the Claim Form

Head to the Submit a Claim page, complete the Verification form, and upload your screenshot, PDF, or invoice in the “Proof of Purchase” field.

Can’t find your order? Check any other Amazon accounts you may use (work, family, etc.). If you purchased the product as a guest or through a different retailer, look for the original email confirmation, credit card statement, or receipt — any of these may qualify as evidence of purchase.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if my Amazon order is older than the date range shown?

Amazon stores order history indefinitely for most accounts. If the year filter doesn’t go back far enough, try selecting “Archived Orders” from the account menu, or scroll past the most recent page of orders.

I deleted the email confirmation — will Amazon’s record still work?

Yes. Your Amazon order history is the canonical record. You don’t need the email confirmation if you can produce the order details page or the invoice.

I gifted the product to someone else. Who files the Claim?

The purchaser — the person whose name and account were used to buy the product — is the Settlement Class Member eligible to file a Claim.

I bought multiple eligible products. Do I file once or multiple times?

You should submit one Claim Form. List each eligible purchase if the form allows, or attach proof of purchase for each one. The Settlement Award is a flat $10.00 USD digital payment per valid Claim.
